• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened consumables or personal care items cannot be returned.
